Information Office

Friendly respondents are available for questions, information and assistance at the information office on the ground floor of the Europark shopping centre. You can visit them at any time during opening hours of the shopping centre or call the number 02 320 82 10.

You can purchase gift vouchers – the magical gift voucher Desetak, tickets for some events and you can rent a wheelchair for adults or stroller for your child for free. You can also get a key for the electrical car filling station.

The information office is the right place to get the applicaton form for children’s birthday celebrations in the children’s park “Magic World”. They also keep a book of wedding presents.
